Kaden is turning ONE!!

Wishing you a very Happy First Birthday!...This is my first time meeting little Kaden, he has such a sweet personality and is very active....For someone not able to walk yet, he was sure able to get around fast, lol...I was chasing him all over the place.....He did sit still for a short time while eating his birthday cake...mom and dad got so tickled watching him eat cake for the first time....I loved the big cupcake, too cute....~K

Black Bean Salad

I came across this recipe and it sounded like something my family would like so thought I would give it a try tonight...They loved it, very yummy and fresh...It is also healthy and very filling....Just wanted to share....~K

Black Bean Salad
2 cans of black beans (drained)
2 cans of corn (drained)
1 can of mild rotel
1 cup grape tomatoes (sliced)
2 limes (squeezed)
2 avocados
1/2 onion (chopped)
chopped cilantro (to taste)
Sliced Jalapenos in their Juice (to taste)
McCormick’s Garlic Pepper (to taste)
Eat it with Tostitos Hint of Lime chips! (This really makes it)

This recipe is super easy….Just put this all in a big bowl and stir!!

Baby Mason....

One of my close friends, Rachel finally had her baby!!....A little boy, Mason.....9lbs, 9oz and a head full of dark hair....He is just the cutest and most precious baby...I went to visit them at the hospital last night and got to hold him for the longest time....See you when I get back in town!!!...Kelli
